If you're dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us promptly. While change of mind isn’t covered, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We'll make every effort to accommodate you for an adjustment to ensure you're happy with your treatment.

Appointment Policy

To secure your booking, card details are required at the time of appointment scheduling. Rest assured, all details are securely stored and inaccessible to unauthorised parties.

If you need to change or reschedule, please notify us immediately upon receiving your reminder. A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, while no-shows will be charged the full fee.

Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Late Arrival

If you anticipate running late for your appointment, please inform us in advance. Punctuality is crucial as delays may impact your service duration and other clients’ appointments.

Specialised Services

We use a gentle, non-abrasive technique to soak off and remove your Bio Sculpture gel overlay, followed by filing, buffing, and a hydrating moisturizer.

Please note, a $50 fee applies for the removal of SNS, acrylic, BIAB, or Shellac/Gel treatments done at other salons—unless your last appointment was with us.

Children Policy

Due to limited space and concerns for the safety of your little ones, we kindly request that children remain at home during your appointment.
